Exchange and return policy

 

 Products must be new and unused to be able to be exchanged or returned. It must be returned in its original packaging or box, provided that the original packaging is in good condition and not opened or torn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of any product

You can contact Moore's customer service center within 24 hours of receiving the product and tell them about the defect in the product, and you can replace it within 11 days

Return Policy:

● Use of the product by the customer.
